中新网5月10日电 综合韩媒报道，当地时间10日，韩国总统尹锡悦宣誓就任第二十届总统。然而前一晚，韩国一论坛上却出现“在就职典礼上用手榴弹进行恐怖袭击”的相关帖文。目前，韩国警方正在就此事进行调查。此外，青瓦台时隔74年全部开放，由此结束了其“总统府时代”。

10日上午，韩国前总统文在寅、朴槿惠以及多名历任总统家属出席在国会举行的第二十届总统尹锡悦的就职典礼。
尹锡悦在发表就职演说时强调，他将建设由民做主的国家。他表示，目前需要基于自由民主主义和市场经济体系重建国家，使韩国成为国际社会负责任的一员，“我肩负着这些时代使命而今天站在这里”。
他提及经济增长时强调，在快速发展的过程中，众多国民可以找到新的机遇，进而消除两极分化和矛盾的根源。而快速的经济增长只有基于科技和创新才能实现。
尹锡悦还列举了新冠疫情危机、供应链重组、气候变化、粮食和能源危机、低增长和高失业率、两极分化和社会矛盾等各种问题，并指出这些问题应靠政治来解决，但此刻韩国政治面临着民主主义危机，未能发挥作用。
就职典礼遭遇炸弹威胁 警方展开调查
不过，就在就职典礼的前一天晚上，韩国一论坛上出现了“在就职典礼上用手榴弹进行恐怖袭击”的相关贴文。
韩国警方表示，这则帖文共有60多条评论，目前该帖子已经被删除。
据称，此案将很快被移交给首尔瑞草警察局进行正式调查。

3月20日，尹锡悦在召开新闻发布会时宣布，将把位于青瓦台的总统办公室迁至位于首尔龙山区国防部大楼，并在其上任首日，即5月10日对外开放青瓦台。
青瓦台位于首尔市中心景福宫的北侧，是韩国总统的官邸。1968年发生袭击总统未遂事件后，青瓦台前的道路一度被规定禁止民众随意通行，以确保总统安全。2017年6月，为打造“亲民开放的总统府”，文在寅出台相关政策，允许青瓦台门前道路24小时对外开放。
按尹锡悦的说法，青瓦台是韩国“帝王般”总统制度的象征，将不利于推行政治改革。由此，青瓦台正式结束了其74年的“总统府时代”。
